Standard cloud instances can be live within 24 hours. Enterprise configurations and data centre services are scoped on a per-project basis.
Is my data stored locally in Uganda?
Yes. As Uganda's first homegrown cloud platform, your data remains on local infrastructure, ensuring data sovereignty and compliance with local regulations.
Do you offer SLAs and uptime guarantees?
All commercial plans include a Service Level Agreement with defined uptime targets and support response times. Enterprise tiers include dedicated SLAs.
